12月18日，学院主办的“悦读金陵 感悟交通”两岸大学生文化体验系列活动交流分享会在躬行楼会议室举行。省教育厅对外合作与交流处二级调研员庾卫东、学院党委副书记文爱民出席会议并致辞。台湾龙华科技大学及我校师生60余人参加了交流分享会。分享会由学院党委宣传部部长袁茜主持。
On December 18th, the exchange and sharing meeting of “Reading Jinling, Feeling Transportation”, a series of cultural experience activities for college students from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, hosted by the College, was held in the conference room of Linghang Building. Mr. Yu Weidong, the second grade researcher of Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Provincial Department of Education, and Mr. Wen Aimin, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 60 students and teachers from Lung Hwa University of Science and Technology in Taiwan and our college attended the exchange and sharing meeting. The sharing session was hosted by Yuan Qian, the director of the propaganda department of Party committee.
文爱民在致辞中强调，学院一直高度重视与台湾地区高校的交流与合作，将致力于把“悦读金陵 感悟交通”两岸大学生交流活动办出特色和水平，不断促进两岸大学生交流交往，深化两岸学生友谊的延续和发展。
龙华科技大学两岸交流中心尹协麒主任表示，“两岸一家亲”，非常高兴来到南京交院学习交流两岸交通发展成果；他希望，通过此次活动进一步增进两校的友谊，推动两校进一步的合作与发展。
庾卫东在讲话中指出，两岸青年大学生的交流交往是大家的共同愿景，本次南京交院组织开展的”悦读金陵 感悟交通”文化交流项目，是推动两岸大学生增进了解、深化友谊的有益举措，该项目依据学校的办学定位和交通行业特色，聚焦交通专业建设和交通文化发展成果，促进了两岸青年在文化领域和交通工程技术领域的交流与借鉴。他希望，学院要不断加强项目内涵建设和多样化发展，做到活动项目化、项目品牌化，不断推动两岸交流与合作走深走实。
Wen Aimin stressed in his speech, the college has always attached great importance to exchanges and cooperation with colleges and universities in Taiwan, and will be committed to “read Jinling, feel the traffic” cross-strait college students exchange activities to run out of characteristics and level, and continue to promote cross-strait college students exchanges and contacts to deepen the continuation and development of cross-strait student friendship.
Director Yin Xieqi of Cross-Strait Exchange Center of Longhua University of Science and Technology said, “Cross-Strait is one family”, and he was very glad to come to Nanjing Jiaotong University to learn and exchange the development results of cross-strait transportation; he hoped that this activity would further enhance the friendship between the two universities, and promote the further cooperation and development of the two universities.
Yu Weidong pointed out in his speech that the exchange of young college students from both sides of the Taiwan Strait is the common vision of all of us, this Nanjing Jiaotong Institute of organization to carry out the “Read Jinling, feel the traffic” cultural exchange project, is to promote the cross-strait college students to enhance understanding, deepen the friendship of the useful initiatives, the project is based on the school's school positioning and characteristics of the transportation industry, focusing on the transportation, professional construction and transportation culture development results, and the development of the traffic culture. Based on the school's orientation and the characteristics of the transportation industry, the program focuses on the construction of transportation professions and the development results of transportation culture, and promotes the exchanges and reference between the youth on both sides of the Taiwan Strait in the fields of culture and transportation engineering technology. He hoped that the college would continue to strengthen the connotation construction and diversification development of the program, make the activities project-oriented and branded, and continuously promote the cross-strait exchanges and cooperation to go deeper and more practical.
Yin Xieqi gave a report on “Current Development of Higher Education in Taiwan”. Young students from both sides of the Taiwan Strait had a wide range of exchanges on daily professional learning, club life, work-study, traditional culture, regional cuisine and so on. Besides the sharing session, teachers and students of the two schools also visited the college's rail training base and the national virtual simulation training base together to exchange the achievements of cross-strait transportation construction. Teachers and students of LWTU marveled at the construction of the school's practical training base and the mainland's road, bridge and tunnel engineering and construction technology. Although the teachers and students of the two places spent a short time together, the friendship was strong and the atmosphere was warm.
In this period of cultural experience activities, young students from both sides of the Taiwan Strait enhanced mutual understanding and drew closer to each other through rich and colorful activities.On December 19th, “Jiangsu Rhythmic Jiangsu, Great Beauty of China” Jiangsu-Taiwan Youth Cultural Exchange Evening Party, jointly organized by Jiangsu Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office and Provincial Department of Education was successfully held in Jiangsu Economic and Trade Vocational and Technical College, which injected new vitality into “One Family, One Kindness”. It injected new vitality into the “One Family on Both Sides of the Taiwan Strait”. Teachers and students of the college participated in the party together with teachers and students of Jiangsu College of Economics and Trade and 33 teachers and students of Longhua University of Science and Technology.
The “Read Jinling, Feel the Transportation” cross-strait college students' cultural experience series is a project of educational exchange and cooperation with Taiwan launched by the College in 2024, aiming at building a practical platform for cross-strait young students to learn and exchange with each other and enhance friendship, and promoting cross-strait students to work together and grow up together. The program carries out itineraries and activities adapted to different seasons and targets in phases, including cultural visits to explore the Jinling Mountains, experiential sharing to understand the achievements of transportation, creative collisions to build dreams of innovation and entrepreneurship, and public service to light up the light of youth volunteerism. Many young college students from Taiwan came to the mainland for the first time, witnessed the economic and social development achievements of the mainland, felt the warmth and friendliness of the mainland compatriots, and experienced the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and gained various inspirations and harvests.
