Our university successfully held a Malaysian New Energy Vehicle Technology Training Program

From September to December 2025, the "Chinese + Skills" Training Program for Malaysian Students in New Energy Vehicles was successfully held at our university, with student representatives from the Malaysian Youth Talent Institute participating. The program focused on the professional field of new energy vehicle inspection and maintenance technology, aiming to cultivate technical and skilled talents needed by both local Malaysian and "going global" automotive enterprises.

The project adopts a modular teaching model, with a curriculum system covering key modules such as new energy vehicle maintenance, fault diagnosis of new energy vehicles, power battery repair, engine assembly disassembly and inspection, and electrical system maintenance. Tailored to the professional foundation characteristics of Malaysian trainees, instructors meticulously refine teaching plans and develop detailed lecture notes along with standardized work orders. The teaching process is task-oriented, integrating theoretical knowledge instruction with hands-on skill training to enhance trainees' professional expertise in new energy vehicle inspection and maintenance.

This training program also offers cultural experience and Chinese perception courses for international students, immersing them in Chinese culture, enhancing their understanding of Chinese culture, helping them better comprehend China, and building a bridge for communication between China and other countries.

In recent years, our university has advanced the connotation development of overseas education, focusing on exploring the "Chinese + Skills" training path for international students, and has established a multi-level, distinctive, and diversified educational framework. The successful conclusion of this training program not only deepened the exchange and collaboration between our university and vocational education in Southeast Asia but also injected vitality into cross-border cooperation and coordinated development in the field of new energy vehicle technology.
